I dreamed up this adorable halter top when thinking about warm sunny days and going to the beach. It was freezing outside and I needed something to get me through. The details really take this halter top from simple to sensational. The ruffled neckline and pockets are so much fun and just add the right touch. It is quick and easy to sew, as well as super comfy to wear!
Best made with knits, but could incorporate some wovens into it. Knit fabrics could include, but are not limited to the use of: Cotton Lycra, stretch Jerseys, and brushed polyester.
