This was an easy sew that produced an elegant, casual top layer for my sister. She simply wore it over a black top & pants & added a long necklace.

Wonderful pattern
I love this poncho! It is a quick sew and comfortable .
Being 5'2" finding a poncho that fits is impossible. Enter EM patterns! I made the normal for me adjustments to the length and made a perfectly fitting poncho. I used a so soft faux wool and chose the unlined version. I did a few hacks, rounded the corners and overlapped by 1.5 inches where the buttons would have gone. I used the cowl neck also. This is perfect to wear on a cold day in the car running errands, or a mild day any other time. I am very happy with the result.
A very easy pattern to follow, extremely useful item of clothing, I've since adapted another pattern to include the elements from this one, giving me the change to create something totally unique.
Such an easy and simple make, like the option of just sewing the buttons on without buttonholes. Love this garment
