DoGS

I cut my first one where the Direction of Greatest Stretch or DoGS was width-wise not length and it doesn't stretch enough to go over my head. Lesson learned. Thanks to Ellie and Mac for their free patterns.

Present for friends 1 year old

I am super excited to have handsewn (I sat on a lounger in the cold weather all wrapped up while sewing!) this ear warmer for my friends baby. I used herringbone stitch to handsew since it needed a stretch stitch. A fab way to use up all those little bits of thread hanging around. I find it quite meditative handsewing. Thank you so much for this pattern!! Xxx

Great scrap buster pattern

I love how quick this pattern is - just 2 rows of stitches to sew!! The earwarmer is great when it's not cold enough for a hat or beanie but you still want to keep your ears warm and you can make to match your outfit.

So glad I made it!

I walk the dog every cold morning and keeping my ears covered is a must. I was wearing a ski head band but it kept sliding forward over my eyes and off my ears. This ear warmer is just the right width to stay where I need it. I'm lovin it.

Perfect teacher gift/quick-sew project!

I made 4 of these (1 adult, 3 kids age 4-12) as a matching set. The instructions were very clear and the recipient loved the ear warmers! I’m pretty sure I did all four start to finish in less than an hour.

Le twist n'est pas si simple a faire et je trouve que taille un peu petit donc prévoir un peu de marge si vous avez une grosse tête !
