Matching jackets for daughter and granddaughter

I have made both the adult version and children’s version of this. However since I used sweatshirt material, which was quite thick, I omitted the inside pockets and the bag. I was very happy with the results and particularly pleased to learn the tip about inserting the zipper. My daughter and her ‘mini me’ daughter are very happy. Thanks for such a great pattern , you have encouraged me to get my sewing head back on. I’ve now also made them matching leggings, using Ellie and Mac patterns of course.

What a nice pattern. I have already made two of them with some help from your video.

So cool!

I followed the youtube tutorial, pausing and replaying several times to make sure I did the steps correctly. My daughter loves how it came out. I'm discovering all Ellie and Mac patterns so far are easy to follow, even though this one took awhile due to so many pieces and steps.

Such an awesome hoodie!!

I've gotten so many compliments on my Transformer Jacket. I just followed along the video tutorial on YouTube. It was not difficult to sew at all. I'm making some for my granddaughters for Christmas.

Best jacket I ever wore

This jacket is the best jacket I ever wore. I modified the cuffs. Because I really like thumbhole cuffs. And lined the hoodie because I didn't like the look of the mid seam Without the lining. I also put a invisible zipper at my right wrist so I could easy see my smartwatch easily. Without removing my thumb from my cuff to see my watch.

Such a fun jacket! You can do it!

Watching the video helped this newbie sew this up! The hardest part was picking what different fabric to use!

Great pattern!

I was really scared when I saw how many pieces this pattern has. I'm an adventurous begginer and thought it was out of my league but the instructions are very well writen and helped me to go through every step smoothly. Thanks for the great pattern and for helping me to push my limits and improve my sewing! Now that I've done the first I can't wait to make more!
