Urban Legs and Rash Guard by a beginner

I made the short- and the capri-length leggings. The instructions are clear, they are simple to sew, and they fit. I had some trouble finding the correct length. The shorts were way too short on me, so I had to sew on a band to extend them. But the capris are true to size. I will make more of these successful projects.
The rash guard was more of a trial. It didn't go together well for me--please note that I am new to sewing clothes but have been sewing for 30 years. I ended up putting a rash guard I own over these cut pieces and redoing it based on that pattern. It is wearable but not the ideal process.
