Q. I purchased a pattern I already own.  Can I get a refund or store credit?

A. This is easy to do.  I have tried to add an app to the site that tells you if you have already ordered an item, but with Bigcommerce, that option is not available yet.  If you find this has happened to you, I will add a store credit one time for this situation.  Please check your order history to see what you own before purchasing if you have any concerns that you might already own the pattern.
