This fabulous up-cycled short set girls sewing pattern is comfy and so much fun to wear. You can either use a t-shirt with your favorite characters or knit fabric and applique it up for the ultimate glam design! The top has adorable triple ruffled cap sleeves and sweet ruffle hem.
