This PDF sewing pattern is twirly to the max! The knit bodice is very comfortable and tank style allows you to layer over a long sleeve top in the colder months. It is not only comfortable but sure to be your little girl's favorite style!
Best made with knits, but could incorporate some wovens into straps, skirt and ruffle of it. Possible knit fabric options include, but are not limited to: cotton lycra, brushed Polyester, and rayon spandex blends.
